- Evaluate potential M&A targets through financial modeling, due diligence, and risk analysis to determine their fit and value for the organization.

- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management regarding potential M&A opportunities.

- Support the negotiation and execution of M&A transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
- Develop and maintain financial models and projections to support M&A decision making and post-merger integration.
- Continuously review and optimize M&A processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Finance Is Essential For A Mergers And Acquisitions Analyst Role, As It Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Analyze Financial Data And Make Informed Decisions.
Experience In Mergers And Acquisitions: Previous Experience In Mergers And Acquisitions Is Highly Desirable For This Role, As It Demonstrates A Deep Understanding Of The Process And Its Complexities. This Could Include Experience In Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Or Other Relevant Roles.
