  1. Monitor and analyze the performance of FIS managed services to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal service delivery.
  2. Develop and maintain operational procedures and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of managed services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents in a timely manner.
  4. Proactively identify potential service disruptions or outages and take corrective actions to prevent them.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews of managed services to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and industry standards.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  7. Identify opportunities for service enhancements and work with the product development team to implement new features and functionalities.
  8. Create and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and system configurations related to managed services.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure their proficiency in managing and supporting managed services.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in financial technology to continually improve FIS managed services offerings.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
  12. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.
  13. Continuously monitor and improve the performance and efficiency of managed services through analysis and optimization.
  14. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.
  15. Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide updates on service performance and any potential disruptions or enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Managed Service Operations Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of It Infrastructure And Networking Technologies.

  • Experience In Managing And Troubleshooting Complex Systems And Applications.
