- Develop and implement change management strategies and processes for managed service offerings.
- Review and analyze change requests to determine potential impacts on systems, processes, and clients.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of changes into existing systems and processes.
- Communicate changes and their impacts to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Monitor and track change progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of changes before implementation.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on change management processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all changes and their corresponding impacts.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in change management to continuously improve processes.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure changes align with their business goals.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers to prioritize and schedule change requests.
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of change management processes, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the change management process.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful change implementations.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Change Management Or Release Management Role, Preferably In A Managed Service Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Itil Processes And Best Practices, With Certification As An Itil Service Transition Or Release, Control, And Validation Practitioner.
Experience With Change Management And Release Management Tools Such As Servicenow Or Remedy.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Manage Conflicting Priorities.
