- Train and mentor junior team members on mainframe capacity planning best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

In-Depth Knowledge And Experience With Mainframe Systems And Technologies, Including Z/Os, Cics, Db2, And Ims.
Demonstrated Ability To Conduct Capacity Planning And Performance Analysis For Large-Scale Mainframe Environments.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Capacity And Performance Issues.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Capacity Management Strategies And Best Practices.
