1. Process and administer all types of employee leave requests, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, state-specific leave laws, and company policies.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding leave-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
3. Review and evaluate leave requests, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
4. Partner with HR and management to develop appropriate leave plans for employees, taking into consideration their unique situations and needs.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leave requests, approvals, and denials.
6. Monitor employee leave balances and track usage to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
7. Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of leave-related payments and deductions.
8. Stay informed on changes and updates to leave laws and regulations in order to ensure compliance.
9. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on leave processes, policies, and procedures.
