- Design and execute performance tests for web applications using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Ensure that web applications meet high standards for speed, scalability, and reliability.

- Develop and maintain test plans and documentation for performance testing.

Extensive Experience In Web Performance Testing: The Ideal Candidate For The Lead Engineer - Testing Position At Fidelity National Information Services (Fis) Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Web Performance Testing, With A Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Methodologies.
Proficiency In Jmeter And Loadrunner: The Lead Engineer Should Possess A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Jmeter And Loadrunner, Two Of The Most Commonly Used Tools For Web Performance Testing. They Should Be Able To Design And Execute Complex Performance Tests Using These Tools.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Lead Engineer, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills And The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Performance Bottlenecks. They Should Also Be Able To Interpret Test Results And Provide Actionable Recommendations For Improving Web Performance.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Lead Engineer Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Testers And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Stakeholders, And Have Experience In Project Management.
Knowledge Of Fis Products And Services: Fis Is A Leading Provider Of Financial Technology Solutions, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Their Products And Services.
