- Direct and lead a team of analysts to ensure successful operation of managed services in CDO/CLO and Loan Syndication.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and individual analysts, providing guidance and feedback as needed to ensure high-quality work.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the managed services, working closely with senior leadership to drive growth and success.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the managed services, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the managed services, and make recommendations for changes or enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, client services, and technology, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CDO/CLO and Loan Syndication, and apply this knowledge to enhance the managed services offering.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Train and mentor new team members, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their role.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations, as well as industry standards and guidelines.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Lead Analyst Role Within The Financial Services Industry, With A Focus On Managed Service Operations For Cdo/Clo And Loan Syndication Products.
Strong Understanding Of The Cdo/Clo And Loan Syndication Market, Including Trends, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices.
Proven Experience In Managing And Coordinating Complex Projects Involving Multiple Stakeholders, Including Clients, Internal Teams, And External Vendors.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Fis Systems And Processes Related To Cdo/Clo And Loan Syndication, Including The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
