- Lead and manage the implementation, maintenance, and support of the company's ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for ERP system enhancements and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for ERP system projects.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all aspects of the ERP systems, providing guidance and support to other team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the ERP systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials, for ERP system processes and procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ERP systems, and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
- Train end-users on the functionality and capabilities of the ERP systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure the smooth integration of new systems and updates.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to upper management on the progress and performance of ERP system projects.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all aspects of the job.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge in ERP systems.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new ERP system solutions.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues related to the ERP systems.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the ERP Systems team.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Managing Erp Systems.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Fis Products And Services, With A Focus On Erp Systems Such As Fis Intellimatch And Fis Investran.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Coordinate Complex Erp System Implementation Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Guidance And Training To End-Users.
