- Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of Java-based applications for clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Java applications, including debugging and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement solutions for recurring issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and remote access.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of reported issues and resolutions.
- Continuously monitor and improve the overall performance of Java applications.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies related to Java application support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
- Participate in on-call support rotation to provide after-hours support to clients.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols and compliance regulations.
Expertise In Java Programming Language: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Java Programming Language, Including Its Core Concepts And Best Practices. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Related To Java Applications.
Proficiency In Sql: In Addition To Java, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sql And Relational Databases. They Should Be Able To Write And Optimize Sql Queries To Retrieve And Manipulate Data, As Well As Troubleshoot Database-Related Issues.
Experience In Application Support: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Providing Support For Java Applications In A Fast-Paced Environment. They Should Be Familiar With Tools And Techniques For Troubleshooting, Monitoring, And Resolving Issues In A Timely Manner.
