  1. Develop and maintain interactive voice response (IVR) systems using API development and cloud technology.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, develop, and implement IVR solutions.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IVR systems.
  4. Conduct regular testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and efficiency of IVR systems.
  5. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the IVR and customer service industry.
  6. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize IVR systems for a seamless customer experience.
  7. Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Document technical processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  9. Participate in meetings, presentations, and training sessions to share knowledge and updates on IVR systems.
  10. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within set deadlines.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and security of all IVR systems and data.
  12. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for IVR development and provide guidance and support to junior developers.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates and progress reports.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Programming Skills: A Ivr Developer With Api Development & Cloud Expertise At Fis Should Possess Excellent Programming Skills In Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C++. They Should Also Be Proficient In Using Apis And Have A Good Understanding Of Cloud Technologies.

  • Experience In Ivr Development: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Developing Interactive Voice Response (Ivr) Systems. This Includes Designing Call Flows, Creating Voice Prompts, And Integrating With Back-End Systems. Knowledge Of Ivr Best Practices And Industry Standards Is Also Important.

  • Proficiency In Api Development: As A Ivr Developer With Api Development & Cloud Role, Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Building And Consuming Apis. This Includes Creating Restful Apis, Handling Authentication And Authorization, And Managing Api Documentation.

  • Cloud Computing Knowledge: Fis Is A Leader In Providing Cloud-Based Solutions For The Financial Industry. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Experience In Working With Cloud Technologies Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud. Knowledge Of Infrastructure As Code, Containerization, And Serverless Architecture Is A Plus.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: As Part Of Their Job, Ivr Developers With Api Development & Cloud Expertise Will Be Required To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues. They Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Think Critically To Find Solutions. They Should Also Be Able To Work Independently And In A Team To Deliver High-Quality Results.
