  1. Develop and maintain ITIL Release and Change Management processes and procedures.
  2. Manage all aspects of the release and change implementation process, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing changes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of changes.
  4. Create and maintain documentation for all changes, including detailed plans, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates, address concerns, and obtain approvals.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to release and change management.
  7. Monitor the progress of changes and provide regular status updates to management.
  8. Continuously review and improve release and change management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Train and mentor team members on ITIL processes and procedures related to release and change management.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to ITIL and incorporate them into our processes.
  11. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that changes are aligned with the overall IT strategy and goals.
  12. Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success of changes and identify areas for improvement.
  13. Handle any escalations related to release and change management in a timely and effective manner.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert for ITIL release and change management and provide guidance to other teams within the organization.
  15. Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within release and change management.

Job Qualifications
  • Itil Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Itil Principles And Practices, With A Certification In Itil Release, Control, And Validation Or Itil Service Transition.

  • Experience With Change Management Tools: Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Change Management Tools Such As Servicenow, Remedy, Or Bmc To Manage The Change Process And Maintain A Centralized Repository Of Change Requests.

  • Knowledge Of Release Management Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Release Management Process, Including Planning, Design, Implementation, And Testing, As Well As The Ability To Manage Multiple Releases Simultaneously.

  • Project Management Skills: Strong Project Management Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Coordinating And Managing The Release And Change Management Process, Including Scheduling, Communication, And Stakeholder Management.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Vendors To Ensure Successful Release And Change Management.
