Welcome to the FIS University Program 2025! Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Intern Sales Development Representatives this summer. This internship will provide hands-on experience in the world of sales and give you the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals.   1. Act as a brand ambassador for FIS and the FIS University Program, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
  2. Proactively reach out and engage with potential clients to promote FIS products and services.
  3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of FIS products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  4. Conduct market research and gather information to identify potential leads and opportunities for FIS.
  5. Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos with potential clients, and assist in preparing sales presentations.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  7. Utilize various methods of communication, such as phone, email, and social media, to reach out to potential clients and generate interest in FIS.
  8. Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  9. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the financial technology industry.
  10. Contribute to team meetings and discussions to share insights and ideas for improving sales strategies and processes.
  11. Continuously monitor and track progress towards sales goals and adjust tactics as needed to achieve success.
  12. Follow up with potential clients to answer questions, address concerns, and convert leads into sales.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions and activities.
  15. Continuously strive to learn and improve, and actively seek feedback to enhance performance.
