  1. Lead the implementation and conversion of FIS products for new and existing clients.
  2. Ensure a seamless transition for clients by providing technical expertise and project management skills.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve any issues that may arise during the implementation process.
  5. Conduct product trainings for clients and ensure they are utilizing FIS solutions to their full potential.
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze client data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance their overall experience.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  8. Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on FIS products, providing support and guidance to both clients and internal teams.
  12. Provide timely and accurate reporting to management on project progress and client satisfaction.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and privacy guidelines.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth to enhance job performance.

Job Qualifications
