  1. Develop and implement DevOps strategy to streamline and enhance digital operations.
  2. Lead and manage digital DevOps team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  4. Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive digital innovation and stay ahead of competitors.
  5. Establish and maintain best practices and standards for DevOps processes and workflows.
  6. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  7. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to industry standards.
  8. Manage and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners to support digital initiatives.
  9. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for all digital systems and processes.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of digital DevOps initiatives.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  12. Collaborate with other department heads to align digital DevOps strategy with overall company goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Devops Methodologies And Practices: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Devops Principles And Best Practices, Including Continuous Integration And Delivery, Infrastructure Automation, And Agile Development.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Head Of Digital Devops At Fis Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Software Development, Cloud Computing, And Infrastructure Management. This Includes Experience With Popular Devops Tools Such As Jenkins, Docker, And Kubernetes.

  • Leadership And Managerial Skills: As The Head Of The Devops Team, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Developers, Engineers, And Other It Professionals. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members Towards A Common Goal.

  • Experience In Financial Services Industry: Fis Is A Leading Provider Of Technology Solutions For The Financial Industry. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working In The Financial Services Industry, With A Solid Understanding Of Its Specific Technology Needs And Challenges.
