
Fraud Support Associate I

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to fraud detection and prevention.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits to identify potential areas of vulnerability and suggest improvements.
- Assist in developing and implementing fraud prevention strategies and policies.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other external partners to investigate and resolve fraud cases.
- Proactively identify potential fraud risks and suggest measures to mitigate them.
- Adhere to all company procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective fraud detection and prevention.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of fraud cases and investigations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on fraud detection and prevention for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
