Job Description

Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) is looking for a motivated and experienced Fraud Support Associate to join our team! As a Fraud Support Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing high-risk customer activity, responding to customer inquiries, and providing support in the prevention of fraudulent activity. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and experience in fraud prevention or support.
