- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging fraud schemes to continuously improve prevention methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement fraud prevention solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of fraud cases and related activities.
- Provide training and guidance to team members and other departments on fraud prevention techniques.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to fraud prevention.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of fraud detection tools and systems.
- Participate in fraud-related projects and initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of fraud prevention measures and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Fraud Prevention, Risk Management, Or Financial Services Industry
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Identify Patterns And Trends In Data
Knowledge Of Fraud Detection Tools And Techniques, Such As Data Mining, Statistical Analysis, And Predictive Modeling
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Management.
