As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the financial services industry.   1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in the financial services industry.
  2. Utilize fluency in both German and English to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  3. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns.
  4. Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries and requests.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in financial services regulations.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  7. Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on our financial technology solutions.
  8. Identify and escalate potential issues or opportunities to the appropriate team members.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance and sales targets.
  11. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  13. Keep confidential information secure and maintain client privacy.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Fidelity National Information- FIS, promoting our products and services.
  15. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Fluency In Both German And English: As A Financial Services Account Associate, Strong Communication Skills In Both German And English Are Essential In Order To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Colleagues.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Services Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry And Its Products, As Well As The Ability To Quickly Learn About New Products And Services.

  • Customer Service Experience: Excellent Customer Service Skills Are A Must For This Role, As The Financial Services Account Associate Will Be Responsible For Maintaining Client Relationships And Providing Support To Clients.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Interpret And Analyze Financial Data In Order To Provide Accurate And Insightful Recommendations To Clients.
