- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned financial services accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns and providing timely and accurate responses.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance client experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential risks or issues within client accounts and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our services.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in account management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account status in our CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall company growth.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our financial technology solutions, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Financial Services Or Operations.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Systems And Processes, Including Banking And Investment Operations.
