- Conduct financial analysis and prepare accurate and timely reports for management, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support business operations and decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data and information.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to aid in financial analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines.
- Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement new processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Prepare presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Provide support for audits and other financial reviews.
- Mentor and train junior finance team members.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field.
Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Forecasting.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Technology Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Financial Data.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Various Stakeholders.
