  1. Maintain and oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including office spaces, equipment, and supplies.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective use of facilities.
  3. Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair services for all facilities, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  4. Manage and track inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner.
  5. Oversee the scheduling and coordination of meetings and events in company facilities.
  6. Collaborate with various departments to ensure that facility needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  7. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality services at competitive prices.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of facility-related expenses and budgets.
  10. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in facilities operations.
  11. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  12. Train and supervise facilities staff, including janitorial and maintenance personnel.
  13. Participate in the planning and execution of office relocations and renovations.
  14. Stay current on industry standards and best practices for facilities management.
  15. Act as a point of contact for employees' facilities-related concerns and requests.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Organizational And Multitasking Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
