As an ERP Systems Analyst II, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions for our enterprise resource planning systems.   1. Analyze and evaluate existing ERP systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Create and maintain detailed documentation of system processes, workflows, and configurations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to the ERP system.
  4. Configure and customize ERP system modules to meet business needs and ensure system functionality.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system, including system errors, data discrepancies, and user support requests.
  6. Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and integrity of data and processes.
  7. Develop and deliver user training and support materials for new and existing ERP system functionalities.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and make recommendations for system improvements.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  10. Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders and management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience Working With Erp Systems, Preferably In A Financial Services Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Erp Concepts, Including System Integration, Data Management, And Business Processes.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Other Programming Languages, As Well As Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Technical Support To End Users.
