  1. Evaluate and analyze current ERP systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance the functionality and efficiency of ERP systems.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into system requirements.
  4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for ERP systems, ensuring minimal downtime and high system availability.
  5. Conduct regular audits and testing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in the ERP systems.
  6. Train and educate end-users on ERP system functionality and best practices.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ERP technology to recommend and implement improvements to current systems.
  8. Create and maintain documentation for ERP systems, including user manuals, system diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  9. Participate in project planning and execution for ERP system upgrades and enhancements.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration issues between ERP systems and other business applications.
  11. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and addressing any potential issues proactively.
  12. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize ERP system utilization and increase efficiency.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards related to ERP systems.
  14. Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful completion of ERP system-related projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Erp Systems, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proficiency In One Or More Erp Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Peoplesoft.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
