Job Description

Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) is seeking a Benefits Administrator to join our team in the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our employee benefits programs and providing exceptional service to our employees. We are looking for someone who is organized, knowledgeable, and able to communicate effectively.   1. Manage employee benefits programs: The Benefits Administrator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related programs.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulations: The administrator will stay up-to-date on all relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits and ensure that the company is in compliance.
  3. Provide exceptional service to employees: The administrator will act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding their benefits, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  4. Maintain accurate records: It will be the administrator's responsibility to keep detailed and accurate records of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  5. Collaborate with vendors: The administrator will work closely with benefits vendors to ensure smooth administration of programs and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  6. Conduct benefits education and training: The administrator will be responsible for educating employees about their benefits options, as well as conducting training for new hires.
  7. Assist with open enrollment: The administrator will play a key role in planning and executing the annual open enrollment process, including communicating changes and deadlines to employees.
  8. Analyze data and make recommendations: The administrator will regularly review benefits data and make recommendations for improvements or cost-saving measures.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends: To ensure the company's benefits programs remain competitive, the administrator will research and stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Communicate effectively: The administrator will need to have excellent communication skills to effectively relay information about benefits to employees and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with HR team: The administrator will work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of benefits with other HR processes and policies.
  12. Maintain confidentiality: It is essential for the administrator to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information related to benefits.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Multinational Or Emea Region Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Local And Regional Regulations Governing Employee Benefits, Including Pension Plans, Insurance, And Other Benefits.

  • Experience With Hr Information Systems And Proficiency In Ms Office Suite.

  • Excellent Communication, Analytical, And Problem-Solving Skills With A High Attention To Detail.
