  • Mentor and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for incorporating them into our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management and quality assurance to ensure timely and successful delivery of software products.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the software development process and increase efficiency.
  • Monitor and track team performance, providing regular updates to upper management.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and any potential risks or issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies, Such As Agile, Waterfall, And Devops.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Software Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
