  1. Develop sales enablement strategies: The Director of Sales Enablement will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enable our sales teams to achieve their goals and drive business growth.
  2. Provide leadership and direction: This role involves providing leadership and direction to the sales enablement team, setting clear goals and expectations, and ensuring the team is aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  3. Identify training needs: The Director of Sales Enablement will be responsible for identifying the training needs of our sales teams and developing programs to address those needs.
  4. Create sales resources: This position involves creating and maintaining sales resources such as playbooks, training materials, and sales scripts to support the sales team in their efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement Or Related Roles, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Enablement Professionals.
