We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Client Communications to join our team and lead our client communication strategies. As the Director of Client Communications, you will play a critical role in enhancing our relationships with our clients by effectively communicating our products, services, and company updates. In this role, you will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective communication plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client communications, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.   1. Develop and implement strategic client communication plans to enhance client relationships and promote FIS products and services.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of messaging and communication strategies.
  3. Lead a team of communication professionals to ensure timely and effective delivery of communication materials to clients.
  4. Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content, including newsletters, emails, and presentations, to effectively communicate company updates and product information.
  5. Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging across all client communication channels.
  6. Monitor and analyze client communication metrics, such as open and click-through rates, to continuously improve and optimize communication strategies.
  7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their communication needs and preferences.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client communication to provide innovative and effective strategies for FIS.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute crisis communication plans when necessary.
  10. Lead the development and execution of client communication training and resources for internal teams to ensure consistent and effective communication with clients.
  11. Manage and allocate budget resources for client communication initiatives.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for FIS, representing the company in a professional and positive manner in all client communications.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Client Communications: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Client Communications, Preferably In The Financial Industry. This Includes Managing Client Relationships, Developing Communication Strategies, And Delivering Effective Messaging.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fis Products And Services: As The Director Of Client Communications, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Communicating Fis' Products And Services To Clients. Therefore, A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Offerings Is Essential.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills: The Role Requires The Individual To Communicate With Clients In A Clear And Concise Manner. Strong Writing And Presentation Skills Are A Must To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Clients.

  • Proven Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Director Will Lead A Team Of Client Communication Professionals. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Motivating A Team To Achieve Goals And Deliver Results.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Fis Is A Dynamic And Fast-Paced Company, And The Director Of Client Communications Will Need To Be Able To Thrive In This Environment. The Candidate Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Projects, Prioritize Tasks, And Meet Tight Deadlines.
