  1. Develop and lead the overall analytics strategy for the organization.
  2. Drive data-driven decision making by identifying key metrics, analyzing data, and providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into analytics projects.
  4. Manage a team of analysts and data scientists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  5. Monitor industry trends and advancements in analytics to continuously improve our analytics capabilities.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable insights.
  7. Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency in data collection and analysis.
  9. Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  10. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all analytics projects.
  11. Stay up-to-date with data privacy laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  12. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  13. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure and systems are optimized for analytics purposes.
  14. Mentor and develop team members to build a strong and capable analytics team.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness and impact of analytics initiatives.
