- Develop and implement effective data protection strategies to safeguard sensitive information of FIS clients.
- Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security risks and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security protocols for new systems and applications.
- Monitor and analyze data usage to detect any unauthorized access or data breaches.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data protection processes to stay ahead of emerging threats.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to data protection.
- Train and educate employees on data protection protocols and procedures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on data protection for internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to and resolve any security incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Create and maintain documentation related to data protection policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Work with third-party vendors and partners to ensure their compliance with data protection requirements.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security tools and technologies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure a cohesive approach to data protection.
- Participate in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans related to data protection.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Protection, Cybersecurity, Or Information Security Roles.
Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles, Best Practices, And Industry Standards Such As Nist, Iso, And Pci.
Experience With Implementing And Managing Data Protection Tools And Technologies, Such As Encryption, Data Loss Prevention, And Access Controls.
Strong Understanding Of Network And System Security, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Vulnerability Management.
