Minimum Of 2 Years Of Customer Service Experience In A Call Center Or Similar Environment.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers And Colleagues.
Proficiency In Customer Service Software And Computer Applications, Such As Microsoft Office And Crm Systems.
Knowledge Of Financial Services Industry And Products, Particularly In Consumer Banking.
Ability To Handle High-Volume Customer Inquiries And Resolve Issues In A Timely And Professional Manner.
