Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Customer Service Experience In A Call Center Or Similar Environment.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers And Colleagues.

  • Proficiency In Customer Service Software And Computer Applications, Such As Microsoft Office And Crm Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Services Industry And Products, Particularly In Consumer Banking.

  • Ability To Handle High-Volume Customer Inquiries And Resolve Issues In A Timely And Professional Manner.
