  • Develop and implement strategic crisis management plans and protocols for FIS
  • Analyze potential risks and vulnerabilities to create proactive crisis response strategies
  • Monitor and assess potential crisis situations to provide timely and effective response
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all departments are prepared for potential crises
  • Conduct crisis simulations and trainings to prepare employees for emergency situations
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations during a crisis
  • Act as a liaison with government agencies, media outlets, and other external parties during a crisis
  • Continuously evaluate and improve crisis management processes and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in crisis management to enhance FIS's capabilities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of crisis events and responses
  • Foster a culture of preparedness and crisis management awareness throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Communications, Or Public Relations.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Crisis Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Financial Services Environment.

  • Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Anticipate And Mitigate Potential Crises.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To A Variety Of Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Crisis Management Plans And Protocols, Including Conducting Training And Simulations.
