  1. Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for corporate systems projects, from initiation to delivery.
  2. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Communicate project progress, status, and risks to stakeholders and clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  6. Ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget.
  7. Monitor and report on project metrics and KPIs to track project success.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to ensure project success.
  9. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to project stakeholders.
  10. Manage and communicate changes to project scope, schedule, and budget to stakeholders.
  11. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned for future projects.
  12. Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management to continuously improve project delivery processes.
  14. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster customer satisfaction and retention.
  15. Train and mentor junior project management team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Corporate Systems, Including Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Systems, Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Systems, And Document Management Systems.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects With Multiple Stakeholders And Complex Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
