We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. As our Corporate Counsel, you will play a crucial role in supporting and advising our business units and senior management on a wide range of legal matters.   1. Provide legal support and guidance to business units and senior management on a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  2. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and recommend appropriate courses of action.
  3. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and advise relevant stakeholders accordingly.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide legal solutions to support business objectives.
  6. Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation, including working with external counsel when necessary.
  7. Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Conduct trainings and provide guidance to employees on legal issues and company policies.
  9. Maintain and update legal documents and records in a timely and accurate manner.
  10. Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with external parties, such as clients, vendors, and government agencies.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all legal matters.
  12. Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team to share knowledge and best practices.
  13. Handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  14. Proactively identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them.
  15. Assist with other legal matters and projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Active License To Practice Law In The State Where Fidelity National Information- Fis Is Located.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working As A Corporate Counsel In A Law Firm Or In-House Legal Department.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Corporate And Commercial Law, Including Contracts, Compliance, And Intellectual Property.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Provide Practical Legal Advice To All Levels Of The Organization.
