Configuration Release Analyst Specialist

A successful Configuration Release Analyst Specialist at FIS will be able to effectively collaborate with multiple teams, including software engineers, business analysts, and operations personnel.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement processes for the successful transition of software applications and infrastructure components from development to production.
2. Utilize scripting and automation of technical processes to enhance efficiency.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
4. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues during the software release process.

7. Monitor and analyze software release performance to identify areas of improvement.
8. Document all processes and procedures related to software releases.
