Configuration Release Analyst

Fidelity National Information- FIS is looking for an experienced Configuration Release Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to delivering high-quality services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of software and hardware changes, working with development teams to ensure timely release of systems, and monitoring the system configurations to ensure stability. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing release processes, analyzing system logs for errors, and troubleshooting performance issues.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software/systems release management. Additionally, you must be experienced in scripting and automation tools, have knowledge of network and system security best practices, and have a strong understanding of release methodologies. Further, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. A successful candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
