
Compensation Partner Specialist - Governance and Compliance
Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) is seeking an experienced and motivated professional for a Compensation Partner Specialist - Governance and Compliance role. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and have at least five years of experience in compensation, HR, and/or legal compliance-related roles. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, as well as experience with compensation systems, is desired. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have excellent communication skills.The Compensation Partner Specialist - Governance and Compliance will join a team of dedicated professionals who strive to deliver superior service to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Drive process improvements and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Analyze compensation data to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
- Monitor and assess legal and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement best practices to ensure compliance.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in complying with applicable laws and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any compliance-related issues.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on compliance issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Experience
