- Manage and grow the client base for our LendAmend team, including developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all product and service needs.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services to clients.
- Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and proactively address any issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, being responsive to their needs and inquiries and providing them with regular updates and reports.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to anticipate and meet client needs.
- Manage a team of client service representatives, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure their success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information in our CRM system.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Client Services Or Relationship Management.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Knowledge Of Financial Industry And Lending Processes.
Experience Managing A Team And Implementing Client Service Strategies.
