  1. Manage and grow the client base for our LendAmend team, including developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
  2. Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all product and service needs.
  4. Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services to clients.
  6. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and proactively address any issues.
  7. Act as the main point of contact for clients, being responsive to their needs and inquiries and providing them with regular updates and reports.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to anticipate and meet client needs.
  9. Manage a team of client service representatives, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure their success.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information in our CRM system.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Client Services Or Relationship Management.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Implementing Client Service Strategies.
