
Client Services Manager
Fidelity National Information- FIS is looking for a motivated, organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Manager. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and to provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including working in a customer service or account management role. Proven experience in developing and sustaining strong relationships with clients is also essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
