
Client Relationship Manager
Fidelity National Information- FIS is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team and build meaningful relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and a desire to build strong relationships with our clients. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for understanding our clients’ needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of client relationship management. We are looking for someone who can work within a team, understand the customer’s needs, and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Previous experience in a customer service or client relations role is preferred.
Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients • Understand clients’ needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations • Proactively manage client issues and provide solutions • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients • Provide timely updates and feedback to clients • Monitor client accounts and update account information as needed • Analyze client data and provide meaningful insights • Assess customer satisfaction and provide solutions to improve customer experience • Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement • Identify opportunities for client growth and development • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
