Look no further! Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) is seeking a Cleared Derivatives Solution Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our cleared derivatives solutions for our clients. We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with a strong understanding of derivatives and extensive experience in the financial services industry.   1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance and improve FIS's cleared derivatives solutions for clients.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding their cleared derivatives needs and provide expert guidance and support.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or challenges related to cleared derivatives solutions.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to derivatives to ensure FIS's solutions remain compliant and competitive.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  6. Conduct regular reviews of FIS's cleared derivatives products and services to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  7. Train and mentor team members on derivatives products and services to ensure a high level of expertise and knowledge within the team.
  8. Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for implementing and managing derivatives solutions for clients.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of derivatives solutions.
  10. Monitor and analyze metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of cleared derivatives solutions and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  11. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for FIS's derivatives solutions.
  12. Remain up-to-date on industry developments and changes to regulations related to cleared derivatives to ensure FIS's solutions remain compliant and competitive.
  13. Ensure all processes and procedures related to cleared derivatives solutions are documented and regularly updated.
  14. Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions to any client issues related to cleared derivatives solutions.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures related to cleared derivatives solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Derivatives Trading, Risk Management, Or Operations.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cleared Derivatives Products, Processes, And Regulations.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Experience In Implementing And Managing Solutions For Clients.

  • Proven Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Concepts Effectively To Internal And External Stakeholders.
