1. Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of all Citrix systems used by our clients.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Citrix systems, including but not limited to server and application errors, network connectivity problems, and user access issues.
3. Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand their business needs and provide efficient and effective solutions using Citrix technologies.
4. Ensure all Citrix systems are up-to-date with the latest software and security patches.
5. Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for Citrix systems administration.
6. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for Citrix systems to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
