- Analyze Business Systems: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business systems and processes related to payments and switches domain to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop Solutions: Utilize technical expertise and knowledge of payments and switches to develop innovative solutions that address business needs and drive success.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements, gather feedback and ensure alignment of business systems with their needs.

- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in payments and switches technology to ensure business systems are up-to-date and compliant.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical teams, to ensure clear understanding and alignment on business systems and processes.
Minimum Of 6 Years Of Experience As A Business Systems Analyst, With A Focus On Payments And Switches.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Payment Processing Systems And Switches, Including Experience With Different Payment Types Such As Ach, Credit/Debit Cards, And Mobile Payments.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle (Sdlc) And Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Complex Projects Within Tight Timelines.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Work Experience. Master’s Degree Preferred.
