Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Business Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Systems, As Well As Experience In Process Improvement And Optimization.
