- Serve as a subject matter expert for Lean Six Sigma process management and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Continuously identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and increased productivity.
- Maintain documentation and records of process improvement initiatives and their impact on the organization.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements.

Strong Understanding Of Lean Six Sigma Principles And Methodologies: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Lean Six Sigma Principles And Methodologies, With A Track Record Of Successfully Applying Them In A Business Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Tools And Techniques Such As Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, And Statistical Analysis.
Experience In Process Management And Improvement: A Business Analyst – Lean Six Sigma Process Management At Fis Should Have Experience In Identifying And Analyzing Business Processes, Identifying Areas For Improvement, And Implementing Process Changes To Drive Efficiency And Effectiveness.
Project Management Skills: This Role Will Involve Managing Multiple Projects And Initiatives Simultaneously, So The Candidate Should Possess Strong Project Management Skills.
