Build Release Engineer

Fidelity National Information- FIS is looking for an experienced and talented Build Release Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of software engineering best practices and have a proven record of success in deploying applications and services.The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem solving skills, as well as a proven ability to collaborate on complex projects. The Build Release Engineer will be responsible for creating, managing and executing builds and release plans, as well as testing and deploying applications.Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field-Minimum of 3 years of experience in build and release engineering-Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices-Experience in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript and/or PowerShell-Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)-Experience with source control systems such as Git, Subversion and/or CVS-Experience with DevOps tools and techniques-Excellent communication and problem solving skillsIf you have the skills, knowledge and experience to excel in this important role, we welcome you to apply.
