- Administer employee benefits programs: The Benefits Associate will be responsible for managing and administering all employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement, and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations: It will be the responsibility of the Benefits Associate to ensure that all benefits programs are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Communicate benefits information: The Benefits Associate will be responsible for communicating all benefits information to employees, including enrollment deadlines, plan changes, and coverage details.
- Manage employee inquiries: The Benefits Associate will handle all employee inquiries related to benefits, including eligibility, coverage, and claims.
- Process benefits paperwork: The Benefits Associate will be responsible for processing all benefits paperwork, including enrollment forms, change requests, and claims.
- Maintain accurate records: It will be the responsibility of the Benefits Associate to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits enrollment, changes, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with vendors: The Benefits Associate will work closely with benefits vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of benefits-related tasks.
- Assist with open enrollment: The Benefits Associate will play a key role in the annual open enrollment process, including communicating information to employees, processing changes, and answering employee questions.
- Stay updated on industry trends: The Benefits Associate will stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to employee benefits and make recommendations for improvements to current benefits programs.
- Provide excellent customer service: The Benefits Associate will provide excellent customer service to employees, ensuring that all benefits inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration Or A Similar Role.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Such As Erisa And Aca.
Experience With Hris And Benefits Administration Software, Such As Workday Or Adp.
