Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Application Support professional to join our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Application Support professional to provide technical expertise and customer service to ensure the successful operation of applications. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for learning, problem solving, and customer service, and have strong communication and analytical skills.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in application support and troubleshooting, as well as a strong working knowledge of applications and databases. Experience in a customer service or technical support role is also required. Additionally, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form. Finally, the candidate must possess a strong understanding of Windows operating systems, network troubleshooting, and software installation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and technical assistance to ensure the successful operation of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Document and report application issues and resolutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies, applications, and industry trends.
- Manage application upgrades and changes.
- Participate in application testing and user acceptance testing.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science
Or Related Field
Information Technology
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
