- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and maximize client satisfaction for trading and asset services solutions in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify client needs and trends in the financial technology industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs and align with company objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the APAC region, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and trainings for clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors’ offerings to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant in the market.
- Develop and manage budget and resource allocation for APAC region to ensure effective implementation of solutions.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the APAC region.
- Provide regular updates and reports on APAC region performance to senior management.
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure successful delivery of solutions and promote professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and laws.
- Continuously monitor and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of solutions in the APAC region.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our solutions and network with potential clients.
- Uphold the company’s values of integrity, teamwork, and excellence in all interactions and activities.
Strong Understanding Of The Apac Financial Markets: The Apac Solution Manager Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Landscape In The Asia-Pacific Region, Including Regulatory And Compliance Requirements, Market Trends, And Competitor Landscape. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Developing And Implementing Effective Solutions For Fis Clients.
Extensive Experience In Trading And Asset Services: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Trading And Asset Services, Preferably In A Sell-Side Role. This Experience Should Include A Strong Understanding Of Different Asset Classes, Trading Processes, And Post-Trade Services.
Proven Track Record In Solution Sales: The Apac Solution Manager Will Be Responsible For Driving Sales Of Fis Solutions To Sell-Side Clients. Therefore, Having A Proven Track Record In Solution Sales, Including A Strong Network Of Contacts In The Industry, Is Essential.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Point Of Contact For Fis Clients, The Apac Solution Manager Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. This Includes The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Understand Their Needs, And Effectively Communicate And Present Fis Solutions.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Apac Solution Manager Will Be Responsible For Identifying Market Trends And Client Needs, And Developing Strategic Solutions To Address Them. Therefore, Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities Are Essential For This Role. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Drive Business Growth.
