  1. Facilitate and guide the agile development process for the team.
  2. Drive continuous improvement by implementing and promoting agile best practices.
  3. Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products by monitoring and tracking project progress.
  4. Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices.
  5. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
  6. Conduct daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
  7. Identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
  8. Monitor team dynamics and facilitate conflict resolution.
  9. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  10. Continuously monitor and improve the team's efficiency and productivity.
  11. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in agile methodology.
  13. Encourage and support a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  14. Work closely with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and improve processes.
  15. Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and principles.
  16. Take ownership of project delivery and proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise.

Job Qualifications

  • Certification In Agile Methodologies: A Scrum Master At Fidelity National Information-Fis Should Have A Certified Knowledge Of Agile Methodologies, Such As Certified Scrum Master (Csm) Or Professional Scrum Master (Psm).

  • Experience In Agile Project Management: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Agile Project Management, Including Leading Agile Teams, Conducting Scrum Ceremonies, And Implementing Agile Frameworks.

  • Strong Communication And Facilitation Skills: A Scrum Master Should Be An Excellent Communicator And Facilitator, Able To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Senior Management. They Should Also Be Able To Facilitate Discussions, Decision-Making, And Conflict Resolution Within The Team.

  • Knowledge Of Fidelity National Information-Fis: Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Fidelity National Information-Fis's Products, Services, And Processes. This Includes Knowledge Of The Company's Software Development Lifecycle, Project Management Methodologies, And Industry Standards.

  • Leadership And Coaching Abilities: A Scrum Master Should Possess Strong Leadership And Coaching Skills, Able To Guide And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Project Goals. They Should Also Be Able To Coach Team Members On Agile Principles, Practices, And Values, And Drive Continuous Improvement Within The Team.
