  2. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ACH processing.
  3. Conduct research and data analysis to identify trends and patterns in ACH transactions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless ACH operations.
  5. Monitor ACH processing activities and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for ACH operations processes and procedures.
  7. Participate in testing and implementation of new ACH products and services.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to ACH operations.
  9. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any ACH processing issues.
  10. Train and provide support to team members on ACH operations processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Ach Operations Or Related Financial Services.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Ach Rules And Regulations, Including Nacha Operating Rules And Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Propose Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Stakeholders.
